SweetWater Brewery Shipping Policies
Detailed information is below. However, here is the quick and dirty:
-Shipping quotes are based on dimensional weight of your product(s) and delivery zip code.
-Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing. This includes pick-up orders but excludes presale orders. Presale orders will be shipped once we have the item at the brewery.
-Orders can be placed 7 days a week, but shipments ONLY occur Monday through Friday. If you place your order over the weekend, it will not be received until Monday. SweetWater is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
-If you have any shipping instructions or needs, please let us know in the "Notes" section at checkout.
We have four shipping options: Pick-Up at Brewery (Georgia ONLY), First Class Free (USPS), First Class Package (USPS), and FedEx Ground.
Pick-Up at Brewery:
All orders placed from Georgia have the option to pick-up at the brewery, even if you live outside metro Atlanta. There is no shipping cost associated with pick-up. Please do not stop by for pick-up until you have received the fulfillment confirmation email. Orders can be picked up at the following times:
Our E-Commerce Manager will send out an email if your order has not been picked up after 10 days. Subsequent emails will follow every week. If your order still has not been picked up after 2 months and there is no communication with our E-Commerce Manager, the entire order will be refunded and restocked.
If you decide you no longer wish to pick-up at the brewery or chose the shipping option by mistake, please contact Stephanie at [email protected] with a shipping address, and a link to pay for either USPS or FedEx shipping will be emailed to you. The shipping carrier will be determined by our E-Commerce Manager, based on what is included within your order.
First Class Free:
This option will only be available if your order weighs between 0.01-0.09 pounds. These orders are shipped via USPS in a regularly stamped envelope. There is no trackingprovided with these orders.
First Class Package:
Orders that qualify for this shipping option will weigh between 0.1-0.9 pounds. Tracking will be provided with this shipping option through a confirmation email about fulfillment and shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot do priority or overnight shipping, at this time.
FedEx Ground: FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes, please make sure to use a physical street address.
This option is for orders that weighs 1.0 pound or greater. Tracking will be provided with this shipping option through a confirmation email about fulfillment and shipping. Shipping costs are calculated by FedEx using dimensional weight and shipping location, not product weight. There are times when everything ordered cannot fit into a single box. When that occurs, your estimated shipping cost will go up because it essentially becomes two shipments. This will be reflected at checkout within the shipping cost. We apologize, but we cannot provide Express shipping (Overnight, 2-Day, etc.), at this time.
Need to return or exchange something?
No problemo. We will accept returns/exchanges on all items, in their original condition, within 30 days of the date on the invoice. All products must be unworn and unwashed, with a copy of the invoice/gift receipt, and reason for return included.
Send us an email at [email protected] with a description of your issue and what you would like in return (i.e. different size, refund, different item).
Exchanges can only occur if the replacement item is of equal or lesser value than the original item.
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
