Return/Exchange Policy

You will receive a return/exchange form with your order.

Need to return or exchange something? No problemo. We will accept returns/exchanges on all items, in their original condition, within 30 days of the date on the invoice. All products must be unworn and unwashed, with a copy of the invoice/gift receipt, and reason for return included.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. SweetWater will be happy to pay reshipment of the replacement item. If you need to exchange an item that was shipped to you in error, we will pay the return shipping and replacement of that item. We do our best to ensure purchases are sent to you in perfect condition. We realize, on occasion, an item is damaged in transit or has damage that we did not catch during fulfillment. If either of these occur, please contact our Interim E-commerce Manager, Kinzy at kcrampton@sweetwaterbrew.com, as soon as you receive your order. From there, we we will arrange for return and replacement of the item.

Exchanges can only occur if the replacement item is of equal or lesser value than the original item.

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. 

If you misplace the return/exchange form that arrived with your order, please email Kinzy at kcrampton@sweetwaterbrew.com and one will be emailed to you.
